Our launch event in November brought together over 270 senior executives from 45 countries. 45% of attendees were C-level, Managing Directors or General Managers, with the majority of the remainder being mobile money project leaders. All the key stakeholders in MMT were represented; mobile networks, banks, microfinance institutions, money transfer networks and exchange houses, 3rd party operators, mWallet developers, regulators, governments and NGOs.
